Wellness Week 2026

We’ve had a wonderful Well-Being Week filled with positivity, movement, and mindfulness!

The children enjoyed guided meditation sessions, getting cosy with pillows while taking time to relax and reset. We also spent time reading our favourite books, sharing stories and enjoying some calm moments together.

There was plenty of energy and excitement too— from taking part in the Daily Mile to having lots of fun in the musical yard with hula hoops and skipping ropes. It was fantastic to see everyone so active, happy, and engaged!

A special highlight of the week was our Colours Day in aid of Pieta House. It was wonderful to see everyone dressed so brightly while supporting such an important cause. Thank you to all who contributed and helped make it such a meaningful day.

Alongside all of this, we enjoyed many other fun activities that helped us focus on our well-being, friendships, and healthy habits.

What a brilliant week it’s been!
