World Book Day 2019

World Book Day celebrations are always a highlight of the year in Kilcornan N.S. It aptly ended our week of hosting the Scholastic Book Fair where pupils purchased lots of new reading material for home. A big thank you to Mrs. Quinn for organising and running this every year. Reading is strongly celebrated in our school and this was evident in the variety of characters brought to life on World Book Day. We saw a great selection of costumes,including imaginative home made costumes and would like to thank parents and guardians for the effort they put in preparing pupils for this day!
