Another school year is upon us! Welcome back to everybody in 3rd and 4th class. The boys and girls have got off to a great start this year with everyone making super efforts to impress their teacher Ms. Mann. The pupils have been working hard and behaving their best, thus earning ‘Stars’ for their groups. We have had some birthdays to celebrate already this month with John, Darragh, Sophie (and Ms. Mann) all having birthdays fall in the same week. We resumed Zumba lessons with Avril and had a fantastic time doing Zumba outdoors on the Astroturf. We also started learning about ‘Fionn and the Salmon of Knowledge’ and next will be investigating the difficult tests that young warriors had to pass in order to become a member of the Fianna. We had great fun with our Maths Stations earlier this week, with pupils co-operating and communicating in their groups and making the learning really fun. We have lots more to look forward to over the coming weeks and months so check back for updates and photos.
